Terms of Service and Booking Conditions
These Terms of Service and Booking Conditions ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the STARGAZING VICTORIA FALLS, including any content, features, enquiries, bookings, purchases, and services offered.
By accessing or using STARGAZING VICTORIA FALLS, and/or by making a booking or purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1 RATES
1.1 All rates are denominated in USD.
1.2 Stargazing Victoria Falls reserve the right to change rates without notice.
2 PAYMENT
2.1 All payments are to be made in USD unless a special arrangement is made between the parties and committed to writing.
2.2 All payments are required in full before booking is confirmed.
2.3 Bookings will be cancelled if payment is not received in full prior to the date of travel.
3 BOOKINGS
3.1 All bookings will be made with the Stargazing Victoria Falls reservations office in Victoria Falls.
4 AVAILABILITY
4.1 Stargazing is subject to aircraft availability depending on the weather.
4.2 Flights are weather depend, and charters may be cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions.
5 GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 Cancellation more than 30 days before date of travel – no charge.
5.2 Cancellation within 7 days before date of travel – 20% cancellation fees.
5.3 Cancellation within 24 hrs / no show – 100% cancellation fees.
5.4 If a client(s) falls sick and provides reasonable proof – 100% refund.
6 TOUR OPERATORS’ RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
6.1 The agent will inform their clients of all relevant information pertaining to activity requirements and shall be responsible for collection of all money due from such clients and for payment to ZHC.
6.2 The agent will inform their clients of any National Parks Fees.
7 VARIATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
7.1 No variation of these terms and conditions shall be binding unless communicated in writing by Stargazing Victoria Falls.
8 DURATION
8.1 The agreement validity is as stated on the rate sheet and it supersedes any previous agreement.
9 BREACH
9.1 Should ANY of these terms and conditions itemised above not be fully complied with,
10 Stargazing Victoria Falls reserves the right to:
10.1 Cancel reservations.
10.2 Withdraw rates.
10.3 Withdraw any other special trading arrangements.
10.4 Terminate the contract.
10.5 Take legal action as necessary.
11 LEGALITY
11.1 This agreement is non-assignable and shall be constructed and have effect according to the laws of Zimbabwe.
